Exchange & Return Policy
1. Exchange & Return Eligibility
*You must submit your exchange or return request within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Shipping the Product Back
*You will need to ship the product back to us in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags intact.
*After we receive the returned product, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets the conditions for exchange or
return.
3. Exchange Policy
*Products can be exchanged for any other product(s) of equal or higher value.
* Shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from the total amount for the exchange.
* If the product you are requesting for an exchange is of a higher value than the original, you will need to pay the price
difference.
4. Return Policy
* Products can be returned, and a store credit will be issued to the recipient’s name.
* Store credit will be in the form of a coupon code which can be used on our website for any future purchase.
* The store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
* Shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from the store credit issued.
5. Product Condition
* Important: If the product is found to be used or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange or return. In such cases, the
product will be sent back to the customer.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Product
* If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping charges for both the return and reshipping.
* Important: To process a claim for damaged or incorrect products, a 360-degree unboxing video is required. The video should
show the entire process of opening the package, and the damage should be clearly visible.
* If the video is found to be tampered or insufficient, the damage claim will be rejected, and the standard exchange policy will
apply
